A blend of two Limoux terroirs — one clay-limestone, the other cooler and higher at Campagne-sur-Aude (300–500m) — under a Mediterranean climate softened by oceanic influence.

Alcohol: 14%

Tasting Notes

Bright, clean gold. Intense nose of white flowers, pear and toasted brioche. Grilled almonds and dried fruit on the palate, with a mineral freshness on the finish.

In the Vineyard & Cellar

Hand-harvested, fermented with indigenous yeasts in 400L barrels and 12–30hL foudres, 8 months on lees with regular bâtonnage.

Pairs Well With

Seafood platter, delicate fish, or mild cheeses.
