Oppidum

Named for the Roman-era Oppidum that once stood on the plateau above the estate, Oppidum blends two Limoux terroirs: the clay-limestone slopes by the château and the cooler, deep-clay altitude of Campagne-sur-Aude, each vinified separately before assembly.
